The science of tea

Tea is the most popular beverage in the world. It may be served by itself, as part of a meal or snack, or as the main ingredient of such a meal or snack, among which the British afternoon tea is the most well-known. The popularity of tea is so great, almost everyone drinks it at least occasionally. Despite this, most of us know very little about tea. After just ten days, you will learn what tea is, how it is produced, what the main types are, and how to serve it. We will also cover the biological and medical reasons explaining why we need to drink tea.
