That’s a Wrap!
Episode #10 of the course “How to make better decisions with the Matrix” by Kari Beaulieu
Thanks for sticking with me over the course of the last ten days. Hopefully, during this time, you feel like you’ve developed a grasp on how you can use the Eisenhower Matrix to help you make smarter choices about how you spend your time. That is, after all, the key to more productivity.
Remember, good decision-making is a habit, and in order to build that habit, you’ll have to exercise your discipline.
Start small. Try laying out an Eisenhower Matrix once a week to make sure you’re on the right track. Alternatively, choose a project and try to manage it exclusively using Eisenhower instead of via a linear to-do list.
You might be surprised just how much time you save.
Thanks again for spending the past week with me! And thank yourself. You just took one great leap forward on the path to greater productivity.
