Course: How to go vegan
I’m a professional fitness nut with a Master’s degree in gerontology, specializing in health and aging. Vegan since 2003 and vegetarian since 1998, I provide a friendly kick in the butt (a.k.a. online and in-person fitness training, nutrition and healthy living counseling, and speaking engagements) that empowers you to lead a healthy, plant-based life.
I’ve written two books (Vegan Vitality: Your Complete Guide to a Healthy, Active, Plant-Based Lifestyle and Foam Rolling: 50 Exercises for Massage, Injury Prevention, and Core Strength) and I’m the founding leader of the Vancouver Women’s Weight Lifting Meetup Group.
