Course: How to heal yourself from phobia step by step
No one understands phobia better than someone who lived with it for decades. After suffering from phobia for 28 years, I overcame it with a combination of mindfulness practice, body-based exercises, and creative expression. Since then, I have been coaching others to face their irrational fear in one-on-one sessions.
I am a horticulture therapist and permaculture teacher based in BC, Canada. I spent the last decade designing practical applications for groups and individuals to nurture social-emotional wellness and emotional resilience, specializing in re-storying life after trauma. As a certified applied mindfulness meditation specialist (University of Toronto), I bring mindfulness into a therapeutic garden program and monthly women’s circle. I also organize sustainable wellness retreats at an ecovillage at Vancouver Island, BC.
