The scientific study of what makes our lives most worth living can help us transform our lives. That is why I teach about topics like personal growth, goal-setting, mindfulness, self-esteem and strengths.
My mission is to turn scientific evidence into something that we can understand and apply to make a positive difference in our lives. The goal is to make positive psychology research accessible to everybody and create the foundations for everyone to live a good life.
