Brief history of Medieval philosophy

The Middle Ages was a time period ranging from approximately 350 CE to 1400 CE, although no exact starting and ending years have been decided. The most important questions of the Middle Ages were concerned with discovering Christian biblical truth, and so the most influential thinkers were generally clergymen.
