When you understand how the brain works, you can understand how to make yours better. This might seem complicated, but in this course, we’ll break it all down for you.
First, we’ll identify the brain’s major structures and their functions—everything from brain plasticity to how memories form and what happens when those memories start to fade. We’ll then apply this foundational knowledge to understand the mind-body connection and how developing specific practices, such as aerobic exercise and meditation, can promote brain health and a host of other health benefits.
